What is the principle of PCB manufacturing

Sourc:Addtime: 2018-02-28 Click:

PCB is the abbreviation of printed circuit board.

Generally, printed wiring, printed components, or conductive patterns combining the two are called printed circuits in the specified design on insulating materials.

Printed wiring is a conductive pattern that provides electrical connections between components on an insulating substrate.

In this way, the completed substrate of printed circuit and printed wiring is also known as printed wiring substrate, also known as printed wiring substrate and printed wiring substrate.

How is PCB made?

We can see the flexible film (flexible insulating base material) printed with silver white (silver paste) conductive pattern and key position pattern when we open the key disk of general-purpose computer.

Because the pattern is obtained by general shielding method, the printed circuit board is called flexible silver paste printed circuit board.

When we go to the computer city, we can see that the printed circuit boards of computer boards, video cards, network cards, modems, sound cards and home appliances are different.

The base material is made of impregnated paper base (commonly used on one side) or glass cloth base (commonly used on both sides or multiple layers), phenolic resin or epoxy resin, and laminated and hardened copper sheet is pasted on one side or both sides of the surface layer.

Such a substrate is a copper plate, which we call a rigid plate.

When making PCB, it is called rigid pcb.

One side of printed wiring pattern is called single-sided printed wiring board, and two sides of printed wiring pattern are called hole metallized double-sided printed wiring board.

A printed circuit board with two sides as the inner layer, two single sides as the outer layer, or two two two sides as the inner layer and two single sides as the outer layer. The printed circuit board with conductive patterns arranged in accordance with the design and alternating with the positioning system through insulating bonding materials becomes a four or six layer printed circuit board, also known as a multi-layer printed circuit board.
